You'd need larger injectors and fuel pump along with the turbo/uppipe/downpipe/header combo from the Spec C, as well as a reflash to keep the ECU from freaking out at the extra low end boost and extra fuel.

i havnt seen one make a gross amount of power at leaser here on crappy CA91 i know people who have tried and ended up with an FP turbo ohh lets see the time slip for that 12 sec run
I sold a complete 1700 canadian dollars VF37 with oil pan headers up pipe and all the necessary component s needed and i can have others same price
Personnally i have a version 8 JDM in my car with Vf37 twinscroll and i ran 12.6@110mph stock with 94 octane with Bridgestone RE040 as tire (big ****) no glue on the track and a 65: 35 center diff proportion

I don't think the purpose of the VF36 or 37 for that matter is to make gross amounts of power we can brag about on the boards or our friends with, it's all about usable, streetable and fairly lag-free power (especially on a 2.5L engine.)
I've seen people do VF37 installs on both WRX STi's and an LGT and while I didn't get to ride in one, with only that mod, less ECU tuning, people were getting rather noticeable increases in power down low and more pull up top. Mid 12's in the quaurter on this turbo is plenty in my game to be asking for, it's more of a real-world/road racing type of setup in my book.
I'm still looking for data on using the VF36 and having a custom compressor housing cast if one isn't able to be used to bolt up to an LGT TMIC flange and machined to fit internal components (key factor is the flange type of IC fitting.) Would be the perfect turbo for the car IMO with a raised redline to about 7k rpm.
