The USDM EJ25 is better than the JDM EJ. If this is true, explain why or why not. I'm curious. Thank you

It's not because it's the same as a 2.0 just bored out to be half a liter bigger.

The JDM sti motors came with stronger internals. Have higher revs etc.

They made it a 2.5 originally because the american market likes torque. It's better for daily driving. But downsides is that torque is what kills our motors and transmissions. I dunno where you heard that from but they do not know what they're talking about. Plus the 07+ Engines here have a tendency to crack rings.

yuuup...the ole trusty ringlands. which is why im opting to go full forged internal from get go
