I was just wondering how you guys launch if your going for your best quarter time. Do you dump the clutch, ease it out and what RPM do you launch from. This subject has been bugging me and I'd rather get some input before I try myself to get the best time as soon as possible.

 

hmmm for me i did a 13.6 here in hawaii. thats bone stock and with the baby seat in the back. i reved up till about 5 - 5 1/2 might of been more and i feathered the clutch out till it grabed and when it does pressed the gas all the way and pulled the clutch out all the way. its like a fast motion so you really gotta get the feel and not pull the clutch too fast or it will bog. the sti's can lunch good too with just reving it up pass 5 and dumbing the clutch till the clutch starts to ware out. lol. i dunno but best thing is pratice feathering the clutch.
