free-on cap gone?

free-on cap gone?
I was looking at my engine bay today and i noticed that my free-on cap is off, next to where you fill up oil, my question is is it bad to use my car when the caps off? and can you provide a part # for this item? can i use my a/c? thank you

and dont worry, while its good to have the plastic cap over the valve, it will not affect the AC opertation, its much like the valve stem cap on your tire, its main function is to protect the valve from accidental dischrage, you can get those caps at just about any auto store, they are all standard sized
