Radiator cap same as other fill tank cap?

Radiator cap same as other fill tank cap?
Is the cap for the coolant tank next to the turbo essentially the same cap as the radiator? I noticed the rubber ring underneath the cap has a big chunk missing out of it and I just want to get a new one. I hadn't noticed the two caps being sold separately or anything though.
Or, even better, anyone know of a good replacement?
