First power mods

Hello i-Clubbers, I'm a relative noob, so far on my '06 WRX wagon I just have Whiteline sway bars, end links, and rear strut brace (currently waiting on backordered Kosei K1-TS with Bridgestone RE-01R). Now I'm starting to think about power mods. I know a lot of people have asked questions like this, but I still don't have a good idea of the most cost effective way to make power without spending too much. Here's what I'm thinking:

Cobb Stage 2 (AP and TBE)
crank pulley (Cobb or Perrin)
Perrin intercooler hoses

Anyone have thoughts on this, and what else I should consider? I'm still debating on the up pipe - how much power will it give, and will it make the self-install much harder?

Thanks for your help!

just get a protune, and as far as i know the up-pipe is already catless, so you would be wasting your money. besides that, everything that you listed would be a great start for your power mods.
