does anyone know the VF36 turbo specs?

tid bit: the VF36 turbo is the twinscroll turbo that comes stock on the STi spec-C i was wondering if anybody had the specs or know anything about this turbo in terms of A/R and flow rates and/or comparible size to the stock VF39 and compared to other twin scrolls like the APS tsr70

im very interested in this turbo b/c ive heard very good things about twinscrolls but most of the after market ones seem kinda big

also the specs of the vf39 would be appreciated too thanx

the VF36/37 compare almost directly to the VF30/34, they use he same compressor and turbine AR, the VF37 is sleave bearing like the VF30 and the 36 is roller bearing like the 34, the 36 also suposedly uses a lighter titanium turbine and shaft as well. All in all they wont flow anymore or make any more power than the single scroll 30/34, and while twin scroll is always benificial, on the 2.5 I have not seen any worthwhile difference in spool running these twin scroll versions compared to he single scrolls, these are already pretty small turbos!

the VF30/34 is rated at 435cfm at 1/bar dont have numbers for the 39, but its just a bit less

the aps TSR 70 is basically a twin scroll Garrett GT seriesd turbo, I dpnt know the exact specs but it looks to be about GT35 sized. If your not married to the idea of having the APS name brand tacked onto a Garrett turbo, you can get any of those Garrett GT series turbos with a twin-scroll turbine housing from ATP for alot less $$$

the GT30R is much bigger than either of the 20Gs, the GT3071 is a bit smaller but still bigger. TD06 20G should be around GT2871R size, though I dont think they make a twin scroll for those, though a GT2871R would already spool pretty doan quick enough on a 2.5

Im not sure what size compressor wheel the APS one uses, but from what I hear its comparable to a GT35, which is way bigger than I like but thats just my pov.

and the "hits boost at 3500" is completely irrelevent. What boost? 1 psi? 14.7 psi? 20 psi? And regarless keep in mind that trying to measure spool up by what RPM a turbo hits xx boost is useless, since what we experience as lag is the amount of TIME not rpm it takes for turbo to spool up, you can have a small turbo and large turbo both hit say 15psi at 3500 RPM, but the larger turbo will take more time (lag) to get up to that 3500RPM/15psi level.
