yeah i have a 06 wrx tr w/ a downpipe, exhaust and a cobb accessport. i'm running the stage 2 map on my car. everything runs great. since you have the accessport you won't need to get a cel fix for the downpipe cuz the cobb takes care of it. one thing i really noticed i have not noticed any boost creep or boost spike at all and i'm running a catless downpipe. the cobb really takes care of all of that. if you read on their site the stage 2 runs different wastegate cycles than stage one so i'm sure that's what takes care of the problems.

the new Cobb maps are great, ran the stage 2 on my STI for a while and loved it, though when you get the time and $$ a good protune can get you a bit more, Mike at Gruppe-s got me an extra 20wtq out of the Cobb stage 2 map

I think the cobb stage 2 makes like 340 tq.
I'd defenitely look into a protune from a reputable tuner also.
Get tuned, your car will knock. mine does.

I have an 06tr and it definetly has 3 cats, one in the up-pipe and two in the downpipe. The STi does not have a cat in the uppipe, but the WRX still does.

As far as the Cobb accessport, Stage 1 is a good upgrade and then getting the protune will give you the most gain. If you put on a downpipe and run stage 2 it will be good, but you will not get all the power available. Gruppe-S is an awesome shop and they have helped me out a ton.
