One week ago my air intake started sounding a lot louder kind of like if I had a CAI when I don’t. Then a few days later I smelt a burnt smell so I took a look and a small amount of smoke was coming from under the heat shield. What do you guys think? Is my turbo toast?

 

lets hope not, maybe you got oil on it or something? i dont know why it would be louder tho"?

i dunno there is a clamp on it check that

 

probably oil, remove the heat shield and inspect it. remember to use alot of PB blaster or WD-40. those bolts might be rusted.
