Catless DP = very little exhaust backpressure = boost creep (w/o proper boost control)

Without backpressure, it's very easy for a turbo to hit target boost and exceed it. There are a couple of ways to combat this. First, you can get a tune that will optimize your wastegate duty cycle values and open the wastegate a little more just prior to hitting boost target (Note: Changing your stock 2-port EBCS to a 3-port EBCS will not help boost creep and is dangerous to your motor w/o a proper tune). Second, you can go EWG. EWG is much more stable at controlling boost creep and holding boost target than IWG. The only problem with EWG is the fact that most setups out there are venting to atmosphere which attracts the wrong attention (policia!). Third, you can actually port the IWG on your stock turbo to flow the exhaust more efficiently than stock. However, I've seen problems with that in the fact that the turbo (BCS rather) tends to hunt for the boost target. It will fluctuate because of the improved air flow through the IWG. I would rather go EWG, but it is still an option.

Hope this helps!
