You're spraying more fuel in and with 93 you may be "flooding" it while E85 takes more fuel to be efficient so it may be compensating for it.
either way if you're not tuned on it, thats a bigger issue.

make sure your paying attention to which flash your performing. i think one is a reflash and the other is well i cant remember at the moment. but i know the reflash stays programed after the car has been shut off. the other i dont think will. i beleive it will revert back to the original tune once the ecu loses power.
what i think happened was you have done the reflash with the e85 and then did the temporary ecu flash when you went to 93. if so it probably ran fine for a bit and then once you shut your car off the ecu reverted back to the e85 map and started squirting in more fuel than needed. but this would inturn run your afr's really rich and probably throw codes so maybe not. but its a possibility.

If you confirm the reflash is done correctly, & your map is correct for your fuel type, then if it still has the jerk or stumble around 2.8k rpm then you need an extra 3ft of fuel line installed after the damper. Fixed mine, many threads on here & iwsti on this topic if you have a search around

Did you drain the tank completely before swapping fuels and re-flashing the ECU? If there is any mixture of fuel, your car will not run the way it was tuned for.
