In my opinion, I think you should be happy that he didnt charge you for an hour of tuning, and then let you know you didnt gain anything from it.

I'm sorry you had a bad expierince with them but when I had an 02 WRX with a protuned Stage 2 map frim FLI, I did 234 whp on the 2.0 litre. Most people get 215-225 whp on a Stage 2 map so I am very thankful to those guys and when it comes time for my STi to get tuned, I will be going nowhere else but Fine Line Imports.
But they... they had a very good customer service! that wat i like about them, just becuase i had a bad experience it doesnt mean that im NOT coming back again.. i just really need to get a bigger turbo, but i need stopping power first!

I just came back from Infinion. First time running the subaru.
2006 wrx TR Stock with only 1600 miles.
14.072 @95.18 1.933 60ft.
I had my 13 sec run, but my hand slipped off the handle going into 4th coasted to a 14.13 @82mph with a 1.87 60ft. That would of definteally been my 13sec run. Temp was 77 degrees.
