The two in the downpipe should clean it up enough to pass emmissions unless your in california and they spot your aftermarket turbo then they could very well bust you over that... or anything

Smog refs are not going to recognize an aftermarket turbo. Most of these guys are not the sharpest knife in the drawer if you know what I mean.

They're going to look for anything obvious (i.e. exhaust and intake mods) that would affect emissions. They will notice if you do not have the stock midpipe with cat and they might notice the downpipe, but no way would they be able to see an aftermarket uppipe. If you are paranoid, put the stock TBE back on before the test. The only concern is that you will be running pig rich and there may be some timing advance with the UTEC map which may cause some concerns. Anyone else care to comment?

I would love for Cobb to come out with a Smog flash that would basically allow for passing CA emissions by putting the stock TBE on with no other changes.
