Wrx motor swap

Hey everyone, I Have a 2002 wrx and it seems to be having a lot of issues with the motor. I'm considering over the next summer buying a used motor and having jt installed. anyone know of where I can pick a motor up on long island or close by? I've been checking eBay and finding Jdm ej20s for a little over 1k . It says they from a 1995 Jdm Subaru wrx and has the 5 speed awd transmission. Would these fit my car, 2002 wrx? Also does anyone know about how much a swap would cost? Please let me know , thank you . Ps this will happen if I cant straighten out the issues from the last post .

Me personally, I would never buy a motor older than my car.

What are your issues?

I know an OEM long block from suburu brd newis aroud 1900. Useyour heas and buil a hybrid.

I would not reccomend a used motor as i came out or a reason. Put a new block in it.
