will I pass emissions
I am getting a helix up/downpipe and exhaust (catless) for an 03 wrx sedan, I live in PA, I do not drive it enough to have to test for emissions (exempt) but are they suppose to check for a cat on inspections? thanks

Thats exactly what hes talking about... you wont pass the inspection.
Youve tampered with cats that were in working order... I suggest you bolt on the stock TBE, leave the helix uppipe, the odds of them knowing its supposed to be there is rather rare
