Whats this whining sound? video link included

People...whats this whining sound when this guy revs the engine? This isnt me, but I found this clip and I have the same sound when I rev. I've heard all kinds of theories like alternator bearing to this or that...but also heard it's normal. I had an engine rebuild and didnt notice the sound before. I also switched from VF39 to TD04 turbo. Any thoughts? by the way, I also have a tanabe cat back.

Sounds normal in the clip. Like LOL said, cold start. Without the car in front of me I couldn't really tell you.

Its justa curious thing...mine sounds like this guys, but I didnt notice the whine b4 the rebuild. could it be the td04? I had the vf39 before.

This does sound completely normal to me. I wouldnt put much thought behind it. On a side note, PM about the vf39 if you want to sell it.
