What size downpipe for my perrin exhaust?

I have a 2002 wrx stock.I have a Perrin twin catback exhaust, what size down pipe is recommended? Someone is selling a 3 in one for my car. Would that size be ok with the exhaust? I plan on moderate mods in the future.

it would help to know what car you have. Most people run 3" (seems to be a good balance) on WRX's and some people have run 3.5" on STi's

I recommend a 3" down pipe for your WRX.

Pretty much every exhaust is the same. The only difference you will ever see is in the DP [3"-4"], and mid-pipe back exhaust piping [3"-3.5"]. Aftermarket-wise it doesn't really matter.
