I vote none of the above. I am an engine management ****, so I vote for that. Get a dyno tune. If you've already done that, then go with the turbo.

The real question is, how big are you trying togo? If you go with a turbo upgrade its going to run you alot of money to do the upgrade correctly, like fuel, engine management, turbo, intercooler, and maybe even a stronger clutch......If you dont wanna go that big, you might find that a ecu reflash or piggy back system will satisfy you...

i would have to say that it would be a smart idea to get some type of engine management next. you can extract some more power out of your current set up. if you were to get the turbo, then you would have to get injectors and a fuel pump. on top of that you would need some engine management to set it all up properly. if you dont want to spend a ton of money right now, get the ECU upgrade ( reflash, piggy back, accesport etc...)
