vishnu even gives u detailed directions on how to install ur vishnu prodcuts. just goto their site.http://www.vishnutuning.com/welcome.htm
explore it and u will see why i have decided to go with vishnu. its expensive though, but its worth it for me. its still gona be cheaper than a real STi and faster, ofcourse the STi is still the better car to start with. but upgrading from a WRX is one of the best. the most potential yet. stock turbos running 12's with mods ist not bad at all.

What excatly does the Signature Series mean? Is that just the turbo back exhaust that they offer?
I was going by these pictures on their site for the Vishnu Turbo-Back Exhaust Signature Series:

That looks nasty because of the cut...
I'm not seeing the difference in the: Vishnu Turbo-Back Exhaust (Signature Series)..........$1650*
compared to the: Vishnu Turbo-Back Exhaust (Single Tip)..........$1200*
Besides $650... call me blind but this is what is confusing me when buying exhaust systems.. Personally I think there are WAY too many configurations to choose from, and because of that I think I want something one way, but really there are 3 different ways to put something on as far as configuration goes...
This is what I want/know. I am no longer caring about emmisions in my part of PA (will work around it). I DO want a complete turbo back exhaust. I want the MOST power out of the Turbo back exhaust. Cost is really not that important because if it's more I will save... I refuse to go half *** on a car that I have always wanted since they came out.. and refuse to stick a damn exhaust on my car that looks like something from ebay and sounds like something from ebay...
Lastly I want the MOST power from the exhaust that I can get.
:-)
Sorry for all the questions... this just confuses me on flex up pipes, soild downpipes, wastgates with midpipes, free flowing cats.?? No cats..etc? yuck!!!
Done ranting..

After further reading I am getting more ticked off... I keep reading for instance.. when I instal a TurboXS complete turbo back exhaust I would gain 26 hp... BUT after further reading I see this:
"NEW! TurboXS Turbo-Back Exhaust, WRX $1126 +26.5HP at the Wheels! (with UTEC installed...comparison between Stage 1 with factory exhaust and Stage 2 UTEC + TXS Exhaust)"
So this mean if I purchased that exhaust not only would I have to purchase the UTEC but also have a stage two? That means more than $1126 am I correct in saying this? This is confusing the hell outa me... Why not just buy a UTEC and download a stage 4 map? Wouldn't that work as well...
Thanks :-)

Well I wasn't able to get any pictures, couldn't find the digital camera. But I have about 4.5 to 5 inches of ground clearance below the exhaust and my car is sitting low on progress springs. I don't know what's up with that setup in the picture but it's way too low.

ok i know u are confused, so was i, but im sure i figured it out now.
we are both on the same page new shocker.
we both want to go all out and not half *** on our cars. i recommend the vishnu turbo back sig series because of this. itll give u the most hp and the best sounding WRX. itll be deadly i must say. this is the difference between the sig series and the standard vishnu turbobak. they will both do a lot of damage, but since u say u want to go all out, just like me, this is why u want the signature series. the first picture here is the normal turbobak system.

ok now you ee the downpipe, which is the 2nd pipe on the right which curves like a snake sort of. that is t he downpipe u will have, its just as krazy and effective, no cat basically, u can get it catless or with cat, i highly recommend u get it without a cat since getting this vishnu exhaust system is already illegal. anyways
this is a picture of the signature series downpipe.
