What kind of engine management options do Vishnu and I-Speed offer for this set-up? or is there anything better than what those two offer.

Reflash which you have 2 maps (usually full and half boost/valet maps) but the second map can be set to a race gas or a different state gas.

Vishnu also uses XEDE technology which allows you to store 6 or 7 different maps, there really is no call for it, but some guys do use it.

I learned recently, from a real pig, that the vf39's don't mate up with the WRX uppipe... only the STi flange. Ooops, FYI.

So dose this mean i should switch Up-pipes or will my HKS pipe work with the VF-34?

Your upipe will work with the VF34.
