My probe keeps on backing out of my uppipe some guys have told me to pull it out ant bit a b olt in but what size is it anyone know??

PS what hapens when the hole is open with probe just sitting on it besides strang sound?

i didnt find any bolt that was the right size... the bolt i used was to long.. all i did to fix that was cut the bolt down with a dremel...

if the probe is out i dont know what will happen... loose of power id imagine.. but for sure youll see smoke come out thru your hoodscoop..

The shorter the better...like 20mm long. I did the same thing as edgar...only found a longer one and ended up cutting it off with a dremel.

No, the 02 is bigger. It takes a 22mm Wrench. Sorry, dont know the thread size

i didn't have that hard of a time finding the correct 12x1.25 bolt but none of them were short. I also ended up cutting it in half with a dremel cut off disk. Also if theres nothing plugging the egt bung on the uppipe your car will sound like a top fuel dragster but will be really slow. Oh and you wont see any smoke coming out of your hood scoop. 6k miles after i installed my uppipe my probe worked its way out and thats when i got a bolt to plug it.

hum.. i got smoke from it during warm up when mine feel out... thats how i found out it came out... he he hum...
