you're looking at about 165-175 hp to the wheels, and about 165-180 lb ft of torque. Stock that is.

look at this link. I dynoed my stock wrx and posted up the plots along with dyno results with a borla hush cat-back installed. Oh yeah bear in mind some ppl have said that the Dyno at ATP usually reads higher that some other dynos in the area, but I think it's in the ball park

42 hp per wheel...sounds kind of weak...but hey, it seems to work against boxters and mustangs...

All depends on which dyno. Dynojet and Dynapack reads high.

Dyno Dynamics (heart breaker) and Mustang dyno reads low.

It's not very useful to compare results from two different cars on different dynos. There are just too many variables such as mods on the car, factory engine output variances, atmospheric conditions during the tests, etc.

As for ¼-mile times, AWD can more effectively put the power down at the starting line compared with a front or rear-wheel drive vehicle with a similar power-to-weight ratio. This is the reason why an AWD can show a quicker 0 to 60-ft and E.T. than the other cars, but the trap speed may be no higher.
