TurboXS Stage 4..What Next????

I have a turboxs stage 4 with IHI vf34 turbo. I have a samco turbo inlet pipe and I am getting an intercooler very soon. What other mods are worth doing at this level i.e. throttle body porting, header, fuel rails or what? I have been checking for weeks to find what else I can do to safely increase my hp after the Stage 4 install.

Thanks

Kevin

After the intercooler for power, prolly nothing ... ask the guys at TXS about engine durability.

For a next mod, I like my Stoptech brakes. Especially since I started tracking the car on road courses. The Stg 4 power lets you kick just about everything in the tailpipe, but after 1 lap you won't have brakes with the OEMs.

I already plan on ordering the stoptech stage 2 brake kit, so that has already been on my mind. I am just curious about more horsepower and I can't seem to find anyway to get much more without major engine work or lots of $$$$.

Thanks

Exactly, next step for significant power would be a race engine ... + tranny upgrade in some way. To go much over 300 WHP = $$$.

BTW I still run the stock clutch & have no tranny problems, ~53K. Gone through a few tires though.

I have the Stoptech BBK /w titanium backing plates & slotted rear rotors. After a good session on a track both front & rear rims are pretty hot.

You might also get the Praxis suspension. Tunable to any situation; some SCCA restrictions if that matters.
