I stuck in two washers to start. Any less and it would leak and have idle fluctuations.

that is weird...am i the only one who didnt put any washers in??? It seems like everyone is having trouble with the BOV

At first I put 3 in then worked my way back to 0. I hated how it fluttered so I went back to 0 washers.

scooby do you have the resonator mod cuz i do.....maybe thats why mine was fluttering.
