Tuning/exhaust system question
Sorry I don't know where to put this thread... Because I can't tell if it is a Engine management question or a exhaust question. Well anyways my question is If I do a Catless up and downpipe including a tune, let say... Ecutek. So after I do all the mod and the time comes to smog the car. I swap back in my stock Up/dp for like one day just to pass smog... how Bad would i mess up my car? or would i do any harm at all? (due to the tune ecu running on stock parts for one day)
Sorry for the horrible sentence stucture...

you should go with a cobb. the uppipe you wont have to change back it will still pass without it. the dp and stock exhuast you should put back on. with the cobb you can change maps anytime from stock to custom

Another good bonus with the Cobb is that you can get a 100 Octane map in the future so that you can get extra horsepower at track days. putting in a tank of 100 octane and switching to a pro-tuned 100 octane map makes a big difference.
