tranny (durability) with a VF30

tranny with a VF30
Im planning to tune my car soon, i wanted to know if it would be ok to run a stock tranny with a VF30 + mods. And if i would be able to launch, with this set up on a stock tranny. Also, if anyone would have an idea, of how much i should boost? let me know guys, any help is good.
