GOOGLE! for starters, you dont have a chain. Second, i highly doubt its your belt. see what google has to say about it and let us know what you find. More info too. miles, mods, maint, pics (in this case vid). Do you have spark? Do you have fuel? All these make all the difference in diagnosing an issue. GL!

If the belt is in fact broken, then continuing to try to start it is going to destroy your motor. Find out if the belt snapped first. If not, then you can start checking the usual suspects for starting issues, like the STARTER.

04GG, OP states she in fact turns but doesnt fire. Imma say exnay on starter. Im thinking lack of fuel and or spark.
OP, i dont matter if ur tank is full. if u have delivery issue, she wont start. same with spark. GL!
+1 on checking the timing belt. If it isn't firing, check the compression and condition of the plugs. Check for spark and for fuel pressure. If you have a scan tool, check for signal from the cam and crank sensors. A bad can sensor will make it run like it has a dead hole, a bad crank sensor will cause a no start condition.

Sorry I haven't replied to this one but I took the cover off and the guy must of revved it too hard and blew the idler gear .. Sent metal right through the plastics . Lets hope he didn't bend any of the heads .. And man I'm only 15 and can't even drive it yet , I think I'm pretty knowledgable for my age for purchasing a great car like this #bugeyemafia

GL! keep this thead update. As a gearhead myslf, post up a pic of that shattered idler! i wanna see this. lol
