Helpfull hints:

Soak the bolts with wd-40, that will help loosen them up

You need an o2 sensor remover

Either modify your existing heatshield or buy an aftermarket one. The stock heatshield wont fit bigger downpipes

Having a friend help will make things easier, as will a lift! Turboback and gutting the stock uppipe took a Friday and Saturday for me and a friend to finish. I would give yourself a day or two just in case you hit any snags. scoobymods.com has install writeups

good luck!

Yes you need to lift the passenger side to slide the upppipe out the bottom with the passenger side exhaust manifold and mid pipe already removed.
