Hey guys. Just picked up an 02 wrx wagon about a month and a half ago. 73k on the motor now. Previous owner put a vf30 turbo, 3" turbo back, 850 injectors, walbro fuel pump, stage 2 open tune, dyno tune and also short shifter. Just changed the oil and have driven about 1000 miles and it already seems pretty low. Should I get a catch can or AOS or both? Also what else should I be on the look out for. Besides timing belt at 100? Going to change all the other fluids out soon and have all bushings checked. Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

 

Top it off and keep an eye on it. How much oil is it consuming? Id skip the CCs/AOS for now until you are more aware of whats going on. Timing belt is already due- 105k miles OR 105 months. New fuel filter is due at 90k miles. You may want to consider a re-tune just to be sure the car is tuned for exactly what you're running.

 

Make sure you;re not blowing oil into your turbo either. I'm having that issue with my VF-23 atm.
