brake pad thoughts
I had axis ultimates front/rear, and also Porterfield RS4 pads(front) for track days.
The axis pads dust like a *****. The Porterfield pads do not get along with stock rotors(which is a non-issue for you now
).
But both offer improved braking over stock. My next set of pads though will be from carbotech or endless.

Question.... What do you want to spend?
Reason I mention that is Axxis pads can be had front and rear for under $100. Where as my old porterfields were like $90 just for the fronts. Endless is well over $120 for one pair and Carbotech is about $100 for one pair.
Oh and Axxis pads will make your wheels bronze in less then a week
ask Wes

What about Hawk ? Oakos has a packade: set of 4 goodridge ss hoses, front set hawk pads, 4 speed bleeders....$197. Yay or Nay ?? I was planning to get all of the above anyway. But wondering on the quality of the hawk pads.
Thanks,
Steve
OBTW. $100 or so for front pads sounds okay, if they offer good performance.
