stock turbo restrictor question.

stock turbo restrictor question.
i put in an MBC, but need to return it to stock for a while...
however, i can't remember exactly how the t-junction went originally..
does the piece of hose with the little restrictor thingie in it go between the T and the turbo outlet, or between the T and the wastegate?
right now i have it between the T and the turbo outlet, but my boost pressure is stuck at 0.05MPa (it originally being 0.1MPa)
