Restrictor pill question

I got a question before I get my car tuned.

I'm running an EJ255 with a VF39.

Car is currently boosting at about 11 psi.

I have no clue if this engine is running the stock restrictor pill or the STi VF39 restrictor pill, is there anyway to tell. I was reading that if I use a smaller diameter pill I will get boost spikes, I have not seen any boost spikes so am I running the right pill?

I'd recommend upgrading the boost control system and forget about any restrictor pills.

I've got both a GM 3 port with hosing and stock 05 2 port with hosing (and the correct pill). I'll sell em for 20 bucks each if ya want.

The Pro RX is the one to go with. It has a lighter ceramic ball and comes with two springs so you can use the right one for your application.

Thanks
