Stock max boost for high altitude?

Stock max boost for high altitude?
Can someone who lives in high altitide (Denver) and has a boost guage tell me what they've hit for max boost? I've heard that stock max boost is around 15.5psi but in high altitude it reads 12psi. True?

are you asking if the boost gauge reads different up here, or are you asking if the amount of boost is affected? I have reached 1.07 hkPa which is .107 MPa that was when it was not driving really hard.
