Boost Levels at low altitude

Boost Levels at low altitude
anybody know how boost levels are are low altitude? i know alot of you guys towards the west coast are above 1000ft altitude but hitting target boost levels with your accessports. Im at abou 500 ft above sea level and still have trouble hitting target boost. i have the stage 2 and i hit 1 bar easily but its only after 5k rpms dat i start to hit about 1.03 - 1.05 bar which is more like target boost in maybe 4th or 5th gear.
just curious about what everyone is hitting and how altitude affects boost.
