i just was wondering if a sti turbo will fit exactly on my 04 wrx, with no computer modifying??????????????????

 

nope you will still need a tune unless you want it to run like crap

well, i had my vf34 with injectors and fuel pump without ANY em.. thats because i had a bad utec and had to send it back to turbo xs. but for the week or so i didnt have any em, it ran fine for me.. but i mean if your going to put a vf39, i recommend you got some sort of em. peeps have used accessport vf34 map for the vf39's....

 

Will the VF39 fit under the WRX stock turbo's heatshield or is the STI heatshield different?

i believe it will. I have the stock turbo heatshiled over my vf34.
