Starting to moddddddddd :)
So since I can't get the 06 STi right now, I'm going to start modding up my 03 WRX hoping to make this son-a-***** moving. Stock has 225 hp, as you may already know. I am wondering what kind of stuff should I do to it. I have a turbo already in it, so I dont' reall yneed it to go faster, yet haha...Thikning cat back, up and downpipe, intake, maybe even a system. Maybe you guys could tell me what's worth getting that's not three million dollars for a muffler tip ya know. And maybe some places online to get them.. Reliable and not cheap neither....
If you happen to be in the same situation as I was then check this out...

I wanted to get an 06 STi. So if you want help with getting one we talked about what would happen if you want one.

don't worry about the intake, save your money for other stuff
downpipe, cat-back and cobb ap, get it protuned for stage 2 and you'll have plenty of power
coilovers or springs/shocks, front/rear swaybars and you'll handle good
I have an Invidia downpipe and cat-back, they are loud but I enjoy them, Brola hush cat-back is quieter if you don't want a loud exhaust
I have BC coilovers and they are pretty nice and affordable.
Whiteline swaybars are nice from what I've heard so I plan on getting them soon I hope.

Never heard of Cobb AP or TBE. I want my car to have a deep sound but not too loud...It sounds awesome when it's got a deep rev rather than my ***** rev right now.
I'm under the impression that the bigger the tip the louder your car is correct? What makes it the deep sound? I thought that was what the intake did.

It's a devise that can be used to upload different fuel maps into your car's computer (ECU). These more agressive maps alow the engine to produce more power over a broader area of the RPM range. More simply put, it will produce more power and a wider power band.
TBE = Turbo Back Exhaust
A turbo back exhasut is an aftermarket exhaust that replaces all exhaust omponents behind the turbo. This will replace the stock down pipe (which is catted), the mid pipe (which is also catted), and the "cat back" portion wich includes the resonator and muffler. Replacing the stock components with a turbo back exhaust of 2 1/2" or 3" diameter will allow much more exhaust to flow. This will also allow the engine to produce more power.
It is highly recomended to combine both the Cobb AP and the TBE when you upgrade. This will allow the full potential of the standard Cobb Stage II fuel map and you will also get better results from the TBE.
The combination of the AP and a TBE will get you to power levels in the range of the STI. It's a very good upgrade to a stock WRX and reliable. The difference is very impressive and if you get a used exhaust, you can do this upgrade for under $1000.
P.S. The exhaust tip diameter has little effect on the loudness of the exhaust. It's the design of the exhaust muffler and the dimeter of the entire exhaust system that dictates the volume and the exhaust note (pitch).
Good luck!
If you want a nice deep sound but not to loud you can go with a Nvidia or Helix dp and then get a borla CBE or you can try anything with a 2.5 piping CBE that should keep the noise down but have a nice tone. I have a Helix DP and an Apexi N1 CBE and its a nice deep sound and not too loud. Good luck! Oh and the Tip doesn't have anything for sound its mostly the piping and the muffler. Remember tip is only for looks xD oh and keep in mind a bigger tip means you can attract more cops xD
