Spark Plug

Hey guys recently Ive been curious to getting new plugs (I still have the stock ones on)

I have a 04 Wrx with a few mods on it...
uppipe - ground wires - ic hoses - short shifter

I was wondering what step of coldness i should get...
1 or 2 steps colder? Prob gonna get the Denso ones... let me know guys

stock plugs would be better. your barely modified at all.

i agree..for a general rule of thumb go a step colder for each 100hp increase you expect with your existing mods.

Stay the same temp. Invest in some Denso Iridiums for the best plug.
The Denso plug (IK20's) for the WRX.

I"m putting the iridiums in on my almost stock 03 and i'll let you know if i feel or see any difference. I'm doing my 30k tuneup and thought i'd put them in now. I'm seeing 25mpg but hope to see alittle more, especially with the tuneup. I plan on going to stg3 in a few monthes. I know the results will be alittle ***ue because of the tuneup going on aswell. but i guess we'll just wait and see.
