I would first take the time to learn how the car responds in various situations. Seat time will help more than anything. IMHO, it would be better to get used to each modification instead of getting everything all at once. Maybe you should start with a stage 1 then move up gradually to stage 4. 12s and low 13s aren't very hard to do and as long as you dont abuse the car you'll be fine. Good luck.
I agree with awns729, try staging your upgrades. Not just is it fun to take your time and mod your car but it also allows you time to get used to your car. When i first upgraded to my stage4+, I remember trying to take off at a stop sign and the damn thing had so much power I almost hit a ditch. After driving for about a year with my stg4, I'm actually ready to upgrade once again. Hopefully in the future I might do the 2.5L STI block swap along with a bigger turbo and FMIC. Currently, I'm upgrading my suspension and brakes(near future).
