Request for information concerning a fatal hit and run in Reno

As the previous award of 10 thousand dollars has been increased to 20 thousand dollars due to a
generous donation from the California Corrections Peace Officers Association (CCPOA), the Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP) has reasons to believe that there may have been a consensual interaction between the two drivers prior to the incident.
Continued investigation into the incident has lead the NHP to believe that there was interaction between Mr. Hobbs and the driver of the silver Subaru south of where the incident took place.
The Nevada Highway Patrol urges the driver of the Silver Subaru to please come forward as there are unanswered questions surrounding the events leading up to the incident at Cold Springs that need to be clarified.
Any additional witnesses are also urged to come forward with any information on events that happened that Sunday, July 12th.
Sgt. Dave *** of the Nevada Highway Patrol’s Multi-Disciplinary Investigation and Reconstruction Team (MIRT) is investigating this incident. Anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have information related to this incident is encouraged to reach out to him at (775) 689-4615 or dcox@dps.state.nv.us regarding case number NHP-150701078.

Rescuer that was me that posted in City-Data Forum. How sad is it that I also posted the exact same article in the Las Vegas City-Data Forum and someone got mad and deleted from that one. So sad.
The flyer on the sticky note above is the most current information we have.
The year of the car was moved forward.
The color of the car is possibility ISM but just kept it at Silver for now.
Of course the reward of $ 10,000.00 is new too.
