Question Quick BOV/Return Valve Question when adding a new turbo

I currently have a Forge Return Valve. I just ordered a VF34, Fuel Rails, Injectors, and a Fuel Pump for my WRX. Is there any reason I should switch to a Blow Off Valve. The Forge return valve comes with a set of springs incase I need to change spring pressure but are there any other issues I need to consider that might necessitate switching to a BOV? I have a large Hyperflow TMIC too, if that makes any differance (seriously doubt it would).
Thanks

Don't mean to be rude, but if you've read any of the umpteen billion threads about BOV's on i-club. Then you'd probably know the answer to this.

But I'll also be nice and regurgitate in short short form what I've read about this for you seeings how its friday and all.

Atmospheric venting BOV = Bad unless your running 20 psi +. Apparently it causes you to run rich between shifts.

You're fine with the Forge Return valve. Even the stock valve would be fine.

thanks Mister 2,
BTW I find the that the search feature often brings up so little or so much usless information, and I have to wade between so many posts that That after 3 years here I have almost stoped using it, especially when it comes to the extreamly common parts such as BOVs. Yet in trying to find out if adding STI injectors, fuel pump and a VF34, will effect my emissions testing I found nothing useful for following searches;
emissons upgraded fuel system
emissions sti injectors
emissions VF34
ect.
I'm sure I'm just missing the correct wording to find what I'm looking for but it's still a pain. I'm also famillar with reasons to stay with a return valve when using the stock turbo but wanted to make sure that they remained a constant when using the VF34.
