Question perrin performance exhaust?

in my never ending search for the right exhaust i came across an exhaust by perrin.

does anyone out there in i-club have this exhaust and if so what do you think of it? i know they make a single and dual-tip version, is there any difference in sound? keep in mind that i do not want anything as loud as the blitz nur spec or anything as quiet as the borla hush. does this one sit nice in the middle of loudness? let me know what you guys think.

thanks

It looks good. It works well. But is loud. If you have the catless setup then it's even louder. Perrin is aparently coming out with a "quiet" version but don't think it's out yet. If you want to here what it sounds like then take a look at this video.

sound quality does not compare to those you mentioned.. imo-
the perrin has a more midrange sound with ability to growl @higher rpms.
a friend of mine has the dual tip- sounds awesome with a DP.
at WOT sounds great!

what about size?

how do the tips on the dual compare to those on the stock exhaust? what about the single tip, one of the things i liked about the single tip was that it didn't look like your average ricer fart-can (no offense to anyone with that type of exhaust, just not for me). also, what about cop factor, is it still as great because the exhaust looks so similar to stock?

thanks

it looks kinda like stock, but not really because of its canister design.

About the cops, if the exhaust is loud, they'll still look at you suspiciously.

Both the single and dual tips are the same in sound and loudness, just a different style.

sonicsuby,

did you have the dual or single-tip? did you get any trouble from the police cause of how loud it is? imo i don't think it's as loud as the blitz nur spec, i really don't think anything is louder than the nur spec, lol.
