the PDE downpipe is a great product - perfect fit, excellent craftsmanship, great performance through extensive testing, no CEL, no electronic fix needed, retains factory donut gastket - no leaks and allows for some flex in the exhaust. You can't go wrong.

HKS downpipe seems kind of like a quick easy solution for hp's. I put on an HKS cat back exhaust (which wasnt cheap and works well) and was going to order the HKS downpipe, but just lookign at it and comparing it to the other's on the market i now plan on saving my money for PDE's.
i dont think divorced wastegate really matters unless your serious about power, when i look at the wastegate opening it looks like the gasses get mixed with the regular exhaust flow anyways. and i tightened mine so the wastegate opens even less now, but everyone on here seems to think they are better.
i have a pde btw, very nice, if you want a divorced get perrin, i think they are coming out with one with an extra bung for no cels too, like pde.
