Parallel Fuel Rail Mod
I got myself an extra stock fuel rail which I'm gonna convert to parallel feed. Anyone do this yet on a EJ20? (Yes, I've seen the other writeups). I've modded other fuel rails before but I'm just concerned about clearances at the end of the rail to determine which type of fittings I need. I'm also going with an aftermarket FPR that has dual inlets (one for each side). I'm thinking of mounting it on the firewall somewhere.
Any tips or suggestions appreciated. I'll be posting up pictures as it progresses. Also if anyone has a photo of the fuel rail area w/ the green brackets removed please share.
Thanks,
Dean

Thanks Ty, I'll let you know. Right now work is kickin' my *** (2pm - 2am).
Anyway I'm probably going to replace everything from the fuel filter. Check out this link for some interesting ideas:

I want to see if the stock WRX fuel pump can keep up with STi injectors.

The stock fuel pump has a little extra room over the stock injectors, but not much.

Did you read the link above? Granted the stock pump may not flow much but removing flow restrictions will free up a lot. In any case I do have a fuel pressure gauge and will be closely monitoring fuel pressure. If I recall from a post somewhere, converting to a parallel fuel rail increased fuel pressure about 7 psi (this is still using the stock regulator).
