i caved...(just started ordering parts)

well for the past 2 weeks ive been debating if i should wait until after SEMA to buy my parts...then i realized..do i really wanna wait until November. well i answered myself just now as i pressed he checkout button on vishnus site..

so i just ordered the 321 upipe kit. and i think im gonna check out Cobb and order up my downpipe with cat..yumm..cant wait to get 'em.

so now im thinking should i just got all out and buy the exhaust too (still undecided , perrin or vishnu) and order my Accessport? i dunno yet..or should i do one b4 the other?

I would probably finish out your exhaust before you get the accessport. That's what I'm doing. As for caving in you're not alone. I had a similar circumstance, at first when I got my car all I said was that I was going to get was a Cat-Back exhuast.......well then I got my HKS intake, then a downpipe, then my exhaust......I just cleared my headlights this last weekend, and debadged alittle...and now I'm on my way to buying an accessport. I guess once you start, you can't stop lol.

Congrats man, modding is an addictive bug.

As for the accessport, I don't think it matters when you get it because you can always change maps. Did they raise the price yet?

Well you can join me too, cause right this instant I can't buy anything because I have to pay for college expenses, once I'm through with that in a month or two, i can get more fun stuff.......damn college, why does it have to be so expensive!!!!

Well I think the $555 price was the introductory price, so I guess that's how they look at it, but given other systems are running $1000ish (like TurboXS) I wouldn't be surprised if they increase the prce again in a few months if demand is good...I've been told 6-8 weeks for mine so I guess it's pretty good so far...

Get the Cobb AP now, you can make any adjustments you want later on based on your configuration.

If you do buy the Accessport buy it fron one of Cobb's vendors and you will only have to wait around 3 weeks depending on the vendor. If you order it from Cobb directly it could take 2 months. I ordered mine from Aerosim-research and they said it would be 3-4 weeks.

depending on today's events, (i may need surgery) i am ordering the accessport and the DP..im not too worried about when it arrives..just as long as i get it eventually. gives me more time to get those new car bugs taken care of....like my trunk latch only working when it wants to....hope my uppipe comes soon....anyone know if theres a backorder on Vishnu parts (direct from Vishnu)?
