p0457 cel light problems

p0457 cel light problems
I keep pulling a p0457 code which means evap emision control leak/loose gas cap on/off. I brought it back to the dealer many times and they sent my ecu back to reprogram it and i still pull the same cel. I even bought a new gas cap and the problem still persists??? If anyone has had the same problem or has a suggestion PLEASE tell me. If not how can you disconnect the cel light?? Thanks for all the help.

I had that code once it made my car slow to start.
I have no idea as to were to look the factory service manual says almost notihnig in the truoble shooting section, Maybe one of the solenoids is leaking or there is a leak in one of the hoses back to the tank.
The stupid dealers should be fixing this
although I have not found a decent service department yet.
