Oil Pump Leaking??
I just picked up my'02 WRX tonight from the dealer after they fixed the oil leak. This is what the receipt said for cause of leak.
Cause:Oil Pump, reseal leaking oil pump.
Parts O-Ring, Oil Seal.
Has anyone else had this experience with their car? I asked the service guy if this will effect the engine in the long run, and of coarse the knucklehead said "oh, it will be fine".
Any thoughts?

oil leak
Apparently this is a common problem on these cars.
I am in the middle of doing the same fix on my 93 Impreza.
Search around on here - I think you'll find plenty of posts on the same problem.

Car Info: 2016 Acura RDX ... meh. Um, nice subwoofer?
Where was the oil leaking too? I'm sure you'll be fine. Just be dilligent about checking your oil level for a while and change often.
