oil and coolent for turbo tap ins?

I am gathering info on a wrx turbo on my 2.5rs.
my friends and I seem to be having an on going debate as to where the oil to turbo line is tapped into the block, and where the coolent into turbo and out of turbo are to be pulled off of.
Oil from turbo is easy into the pan.
I would think the easiest place to pull the oil going to the turbo line from would be to put a 'T' inbetween the block and oil pressure sending unit, would this be enough volume oil to properly feed it?
Our main debait is conserning the coolent flow and where to tap it from. I am worried about the pressure of coolent from in sorce being equal to the pressure in the out. thus the coolent not curculate properly

Where does the stock wrx motor supply and return the coolent?
Where does it supply the oil?

I do not have any wrx'es to look at because I am not doing a full engine swap and I did not buy a motor to take the parts off of that I wanted; so discriptions and even pictures would be great!

I know this would prolly be better suted for the transplants and swaps area but I am affrade that some one there might accidently tell me what they did insted of what subaru did.
