This is an all to common question and everyone has there own opinion if they are not annoyed by the frequency of this question. I would go uppipe or downpipe for some good bang for your buck. Exhaust is a good place to start also, I.E. get rid of those three CATs.

I would be best to let everyone know what your for you car are like expected hp #'s, acceleration, ride quality etc...
If you have no idea what you want out of your car, you will more than likely, eventually get taken advantage of by idiots and money hungry people.

hmmm, let's see. a good place to start for the engine and power would be to get an up-pipe, exhaust system, and downpipe. this would free up the turbo a bit and you'll notice a big difference. however, you should consider a type of engine management, unichip, reflash, etc. a good EBC would be good also so you can control the boost, just don't take the stock turbo past 16 psi to be safe. blitz has some good ones, hks, and apex
if you want to do the suspension, maybe the cheaper route would be to buy some eibach springs (lower the car a bit), front and rear sway bars, front and rear tower bar. the best expensive way would be to drop in some tein or JIC coil-overs. or maybe buy better lateral links.
oh yeah, and tires are a good first modification. i could really feel the difference when i swapped out the stock rubber and replaced them. it feels much better. good luck.

welcome to the board.... since your obviously just got the car and have never researched it at all.... start reading alot. Read like all the posts on this site and nasioc etc. Do searches because this topic has came up alot before, uppipe/downpipe is a good place to start. Also get a boost gauge so you can monitor how your turbo is doing. And finally dont even think of a CAI. waste of money on a stock car and it will jsut hurt your performance compared to the stock intake. (yes, dynos have proven this.)
