I need to repaint my bumper and hood - Need suggestions

My front bumper and hood have been pitted to hell from driving up and back to Tahoe and So Cal. First off, would insurance help to do this since it is road debris damage?

Anyhow, I see these mobile painters on Craigslist and other places that come to your house and do minor body and paint work- does anyone have experiences with these people?

Otherwise, please give me some suggestions if you have any or personal experiences.

Thanks-

If someone keyed your bumper and hood, the insurance will pay for it.
