hmm, how much do you have to spend? you could get the dent fixed, get some rims with good tires (handling + looks), and get a ECU reflash for about $400, which would give you very nice power gains and maybe after that get the body kit. thats probably what i'd do.

Access Port has been proven on some cars in some areas to prove ineffective and has actually led to loss of horsepower. I have seen dyno results done right in front of me.

I would go with the power package and then get a few look fast bits, a new grill, fog covers, ect.

If you're willing to learn how to use it a UTEC may not be a bad idea. You can retune yourself once u add mods
